Welcome on board, I'm into B2B SaaS products & marketing for more than 6 years. I love building customer-centric software products to help people leverage their business, with a strong ambition to deliver real value and great experiences to our customers.
I currently work at Dexem as Head of Marketing. We provide call management and call analytics solutions to help our customers' market-facing teams (such as marketing, sales & support teams) building positive voice-based communication experiences with their own customers. Covering the entire customer lifecycle, I'm paying attention to customer interactions, usability and distribution.
Family man and outdoor lover, I also dedicate a part of my life surrending around the ocean with the idea of enjoying the most free playground of the world. This is why I particularly love sailing, stand-up paddling, surfing or windsurfing.
And I do think there are strong similarities between building a SaaS business and sailing.
At first, you have a certain idea of where you want to go, but the path to follow is never clearly defined. You have to understand the environment (such as wind direction, wind speed, streams, underwater rocks or regulation), and constantly adapt the way you proceed to reach your objectives. The necessity of staying aware to changes represents for me a tremendous opportunity to grow personally, to be part of a moving world, and to enjoy life alongside family and friends.
As a current fast-changing environment, the software industry offers a lot of opportunities, especially into the communication and analytics areas. Building great products is hard but highly rewarding, and I really feel excited by this challenging experience! I mostly share here what we build and learn along the way on SaaS products strategy and SaaS distribution.
